Management bodies

"Avionams" AD is a commercial company with a single-tier management system, managed by a Board of Directors, which organizes and manages its operational activities. The company is represented before third parties by an Executive Director and a Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors consists of three members - Chairman, Deputy Chairman and an executive member - Executive Director, elected after a competition held in accordance with Article 21 of the Public Enterprises Act.
